What if I don't have a design yet?+

Perfect. We help you form one. Bring sketches, rough ideas, or nothing at all. We start from wherever you are.

Can you review builder or draftsperson plans?+

Yes. We can mark up drawings, record a review video, and walk through them together in your session.

Is there a lock-in contract?+

No. Cancel or pause anytime at the end of a billing cycle.

Can I switch to full architectural service later?+

Yes. Many Studio Sessions clients transition into our full service from here. The program is designed to give you clarity before making that commitment.

Can I use this as an owner-builder?+

Absolutely. We regularly guide owner-builders through planning, design, approvals, and risk-reduction.

Does Studio Sessions replace an architect?+

No. It gives you the guidance of an architect without us taking on the role of producing drawings, managing consultants, or carrying statutory responsibility.

Do I need to prepare anything?+

Not at all. Just bring your questions.
